Rebecca Miles

Rebecca leads the Private Equity practice for North America at One Search. Since joining the firm in 2023, she has partnered closely with clients across the Digital, Energy Transition and Environmental Services sectors. By working to understand the investment strategies, organizational needs, and long-term objectives of GP clients, she has been successful in helping to strengthen the senior ranks of some of the most dynamic funds in the market.

Rebecca has also taken a leading role in expanding One Search’s Value Creation search offering. She has advised several clients on the design and execution of their first-ever Value Creation hires, critical to enhancing growth across portfolio companies through strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives.

Prior to this, Rebecca worked for a boutique Executive Search firm where she specialized in conducting C-Suite searches for PE and VC-backed tech companies.

Originally from the UK, Rebecca moved to the US to pursue her undergraduate and graduate studies at NYU.

She is highly involved in One Search's charity, Young Women Into Finance, leading US operations.
