Meredith Whitman

Meredith joined the One Search team in 2024 and works across Private Equity mandates in North America. Since joining, she has executed on a wide variety of mandates including a transport and environmental services sector leader, a renewables asset management team build, and multiple digital leadership mandates.

Prior to joining One Search, Meredith spent two years working for a boutique executive search firm specialized in pre-MBA private equity, venture, and growth placements.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Meredith graduated from Colby College with degrees in Global Studies and History. In her free time, Meredith can be found at baseball games, exploring museums, and trying new recipes.
