Cassandra Allen

Cassandra brings over 13 years of experience in search, having started her career in 2011 with a boutique firm focused on placing talent into the alternative asset management space. Cassandra joined One Search in 2024 as the COO to focus on delivering operational excellence within the business.

Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Politics & French from the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London (Birkbeck).
