Brianna Lucciola

Brianna joined One Search in 2026 and is a member of the firm’s Equity Practice, based in New York. In her role, she supports the execution of retained search mandates, contributing across research, market mapping, and candidate development.

Prior to joining One Search, Brianna spent three years in executive search focused on the real estate sector, where she delivered across a range of investment and operating roles. She began her career as a paralegal before transitioning into executive search.

Brianna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Law from Lafayette College, with a minor in Psychology.
