Ashley Gordon

Ashley joined One Search in early 2024 to support our growth within the ESG market. Ashley has 10 years of global executive search experience,  mostly supporting Professional Services firms to grow and scale new offerings, including the areas of ESG, Energy & Infrastructure and Private Equity. He most recently led the EMEA ESG work on behalf of a strategy focused search firm. Ashley also holds a degree in Politics from the University of Leicester.

Away from the office Ashley spends most of his time chasing his young daughter around parks and trying to convince her to become an Arsenal fan. When he manages any free time, he can either be found on the football pitch (when not injured) or hacking his away around the golf course.
