Vice President (Paris or Luxembourg)
European Infrastructure Fund

Job Summary
This is an opportunity for a mid-level professional to join a well-established Infrastructure Fund with significant existing AUM and plans for an imminent fundraise.

The Firm
An independent fund manager, our client has a notable track record of investments across European Infrastructure including developed and emerging markets. They operate from Paris and Luxembourg with a mix of greenfield and brownfield investments spanning the Transport, Utilities, Renewables, Digital and Energy Efficiency sectors.

The Role
You will develop the pipeline of investments and portfolio, and take charge of the full deal lifecycle; originating and executing investment opportunities, leading deal teams with the support of a senior staff and managing liaison with external advisors. In addition, you will play a key part in deal appraisal, negotiating transaction documentation, raising debt, and preparing investment materials to the investment committee on a regular basis.

The team operates in a flat and meritocratic culture, empowering staff at all levels and thriving on the hands-on involvement of the senior team members. The successful candidate will, therefore, take responsibility for developing and mentoring a team of juniors, taking charge of day-to-day management of individuals both in the context of deals and otherwise.

The Candidate
A STEM or Finance graduate, the successful candidate will have 5+ years working in infrastructure finance, advisory or investments. Strong financial modelling skills are requisite. Prior buy-side experience and a European language beyond French and English is preferable.
