Bene joined One Search in November 2021 to help continue the development of One Search’s Credit Practice in the US. She specializes in Associate & Senior Associate hiring for some of the most prestigious Banks and Credit Funds across the US. Since joining the team, Bene has successfully worked with the likes of Ares, KKR, and various Sustainable Infra-focused Credit funds. Prior to One Search, Bene was worked on IT Recruitment. However, given current events globally, she decided to pivot to a firm and be involved in Renewables and ESG recruitment. The relevance of the sector and learning about new market trends is what Bene finds the most fascinating about working on One Search’s Credit team.  

As a former collegiate Soccer player, Bene still enjoys staying active. She loves running, going to the gym, and trying new workout classes. Although she does not have an Apple Watch, Bene would surely beat her fellow US Credit Team partners on calories burned each day.
