Capital Formation/Investor Relations – Infrastructure

The ideal candidate for this position would be an individual who has knowledge of the private markets, as well as some experience in infrastructure, and is capable of quickly learning the business. This person would be responsible for working with an Associate and Principal creating marketing materials, working closely with the sales force, and assisting their fundraising efforts via RFPs and DDQs and through other ad hoc requests. Importantly, this person must demonstrate the ability to think critically about the positioning and strategy of the funds, demonstrate strong coordination and project management skills, and take ownership of the role and responsibility.

Experience Required

  • 1-2 years of experience working in sales, client service, and/or product management in a private asset management firm, investment bank, placement agent, or investment consulting firm
  • Experience launching private market funds from idea inception through to final close
  • Knowledge of private asset classes, (infrastructure preferred), and an interest in renewables
  • Strong writer capable of driving content creation and designing marketing materials
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • An understanding and interest in applying ESG to private market funds
  • Excited to work in a performance-driven, high-pressure, global environment
  • Recognizes that the global nature of the firm means that it is sometimes necessary to work outside of standard business hours
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point
