One Search operates global best practice in candidate referencing and will already have soft-referenced every candidate who is presented on a shortlist. In the latter stages of a process though, we go to great lengths to ensure our client has the assurance they need in the form of peer reviews and client feedback, as well as gathering formal references from the employer.
